AUTHOR’S BIO :

An alumnus of DCE & FMS, Delhi - MBA and Ph.D., Dr. Vijay Chopra is a Motivational Guru, Life-coach, Educationist, and Founder Director of Delhi Business School. He is a Management Consultant with over 45 years in Industry, Management Development, and Education. A recipient of several prestigious awards, he has conducted hundreds of workshops on “Success That Succeeds - True Success - over the past 18 years, touching over 1 lac lives. He is an awarded author on Corporate Strategy and Structure.

1. Who and what inspired you to write?

 I have mostly been an original thinker in the realm of making big value addition to the lives of people. This book emanates from the same guiding philosophy. It was not scalable for me to take my program "Success That Succeeds" to thousands of people in smaller in-person programs off late, which I had been conducting for almost 2 decades traveling the length and breadth of the country, hence "Life beyond Limits" to serve people.

 2. What challenges did you face while writing and getting published?

The first challenge was to put together my ideas in a logical, lucid and effective way without losing the essence of the core concepts and learnings. The second and bigger challenge as I realised later was to find a good publisher, who could appreciate the ideas and potential impact from this book. 

 3. How did you come to know about the literary agency THE BOOK BAKERS?

I was fortunate, and it was almost serendipity to be introduced to Book Bakers through a contact of my son.

4. How did THE BOOK BAKERS help you and what would you like to say about them? 

 The Book Bakers were immensely supportive and  swung into action almost immediately and Suhail from their team put wings to the project. Truly remarkable experience collaborating with them.

5. How supportive is your publisher of your work?

The LHP team - as in the publishers took full care to put this on highest priority, literally breaking the queue to get this up and live on 1st Jan 2021 as requested. There was minimal effort required for corrections etc and that made the journey rather facile.

6. How do you see literary success for yourself?

I see my literary success as an inspiring movement forward for making radical improvement in the life of people. This journey will continue.

7. When can we expect your next book?

I am already at advanced stages of my next book completion and on another very vital subject. Should be ready in due course.

8. How has your experience being working with Locksley Hall Publishing?

 My experience of working with LHP has been extremely satisfying and memorable. Looking forward to more such collaborations in the future.

9. Any message or tips for aspiring authors?

My message for aspiring authors is :God has given immense innate potential to all human beings. To tap it, never think small, have big noble dreams, and believe in the power of your pen to make the big impact, as you have something special which can connect you with people's lives and inspire them.
